Second Semester

This book, Human Resource Management, is written for the students of MBS 2nd semester programs of Tribhuvan University of Nepal. This book is also applicable for the students preparing for CA examination and for those studying various courses in management different universities. Our aim in preparing this book has been two fold. First, we have written a study course prescribed by the university syllabus that students are preparing for the exams can approach on their own. Second, we present a thorough presentation of major aspects of recent Human Resource Management and provide enough relevant examples to bring in the mind of the readers.
