Sixth Semester

This book, Organizational Behaviour, is written for the students of BBA, BBM, BIM and other Bachelor programs of Tribhuvan University and other universities of Nepal. This book is also applicable for the students preparing for CA examination and for those studying various courses in management. Our aim in preparing this book has been two fold. First, we have written a study course prescribed by the university syllabus that students are preparing for the exams can approach on their own. Second, we present a thorough presentation of major aspects of recent organizational behaviour development and provide enough relevant examples to bring in the mind of the readers.
