This book, Principles of Accounting-II, is written for the students of Grade 12 as per the syllabus prescribed by Curriculum Development Centre (CDC). We have used our professional experience to respond to the demands of the constantly–changing corporate world, opportunities generated by new teaching-learning technologies, and a greater- than-before understanding of how students learn. In this textbook, we have drawn from what we believe to advance in accounting instruction.
